Homemade is best, hummus is a tasty healthy nutritious dip for kids, it’s super easy to make your own and be creative with your own versions & flavours! Chickpeas are packed with protein to feed kids muscles and support for their immune systems, full of fibre making it good for your kids digestive system.

Chickpeas is vegan, gluten and dairy free. A simple delicious recipe to make at home with your kids is simply blend up a can of chickepeas, a tablespoons of tahini paste, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice & olive oil and seasoning.

Along with dipping your favourite raw veggies into, you can also use it as a spread on crackers, pitta bread and sandwiches.
