Oranges were first found in Asia, and then introduced to Europe by the Romans. Nowadays, they are the most commonly cultivated fruit tree in the world. These fruits are well known to have a great deal of vitamin C (more than 100% of your required amount for the day). It helps with lots of our basic bodily functions, like repairing damaged tissue, absorbing iron, as well as boosting our immune system.

They are also full of other great nutrients and fibres, which helps lower cholesterol, and they have high levels of potassium which gives your heart a healthy boost. Eating oranges for kids is not only safe, but is also highly beneficial & nutritional for their health.

While choosing quality oranges, make sure you choose firm, dense, and evenly coloured oranges for kids. Store fresh oranges in a fruit bowl for about two weeks. If you want oranges to last longer keep them in the fridge.
