This fruit is made up of 92% water, making it super refreshing in the summer heat. Not only that, but it is also a great source of vitamin A. This helps keep kids vision and skin healthy as well as kids teeth strong.

When looking for a watermelon, smaller ones tend to be sweeter. Also, the deeper the colour of the watermelon skin, the higher the concentration of lycopene – a great anti-inflammatory nutrient.
